Here are some handy tools for letting folks know who their elected officials are and what elections are coming up.

This is similar to what we did in 2010. These are for 2012. Please see the notes in the 2010-2011 write-up.

Here are some handy tools other PCs can modify for their own use. The main item is a brochure you can modify for your specific precinct and give to folks when you walk door to door. It tells folks about the upcoming elections that will be on THEIR ballots. If you want you can even include a little map of your precinct (that takes a bit more work but is quite doable if you have a PDF of your precinct as we do in Jefferson County.

NOTE:

You will need to modify the info to be specific for YOUR PRECINCT; these are for Precinct 187.
For example you may need to add races for a Colorado Senate District, US Congressional District, or RTD.
Other areas to modify: The Precinct Number in big letters on both outside and inside (2 places), the little map and caption, the little note from the PCs.
Depending on when you use this, if the Primaries are already over, you will need to remove that and make the appropriate modifications in the General Elections portion
The Sorry We Missed You notes have the Precinct Number on them. So change that.
In short: Just read the documents and make the logical changes.
